CANCELLATION POLICY
We truly appreciate every one of you who walks through our doors. Your time matters—and so does ours. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you ever need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that spot to someone else. Here’s what’s new: • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $15 non-refundable cancellation fee. • No-shows hurt a little more—because that time could have gone to someone else waiting to be pampered. If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service price will be due before rebooking. • Running more than 15 minutes late? It’ll be considered a no-show, and 50% of payment for the missed service will be required before we schedule again. We do our best to stay on time so everyone’s day runs smoothly—including yours! We absolutely hate having to charge fees or enforce policies, but these small steps help us keep things fair for everyone and allow our team to continue doing what we love—taking care of you.
